Question about my intake.

I just want to be certain I have the right numbers before I follow the info that I got from the IIFYM calculator. I am 50 years old, 5'9" and 200lbs. I usually do a kettlebell routine on Mon, Wed and Friday but I am thinking of switching over to stronglifts 5x5 (I know nothing about lifting) Tuesday and Thursdays I have a karate class that may or may not be a great workout and then I usually bike for 90 minutes on the weekend. So using that information the calculator suggested 2187 calories, 167 carbs, 200 protein (sounds like a lot) 80 fat and 40-50 fiber. I realize I would have to change my eating habits a bit to accomplish that but does that sound about right? I am also not sure about my workout routine, the only thing I am not looking to change is my karate classes. Thanks for any input you care to give.
