I don't think I've posted a link in here yet, but I started my own Podcast!
bariatricrunner.libsyn.com/
The name kinda speaks for itself, but it's about bariatric surgery, running, and my journey from 403lbs to Full Marathon finisher. I started it with my girlfriend a few months ago. Unfortunately we recently broke up but I'm soldiering on!
All the episodes can be found at the link above or search "Bariatric Runner" in iTunes or your Podcast app and you should find it there. Please give it a listen and let me know what you think. And if you like what you hear please give it a review in iTunes. Thanks!

@Samquentin Thanks! It's catching on. Latest episode has most downloads. Different topics for all so whatever interesting give it a listen.
Reviewing is hard without iTunes. If you have a pc/laptop you can download iTunes onto there.
BTW, great new profile pic. Didn't even recognize ya!1 -
@JamesAztec thanks! It's one of the most recent pics I'll download iTunes and see if I can figure it out. I'm Android.1

This is a great idea and look forward to having a listen. I’ve started running post op and have gone from struggling to run a minute to running 20+ in 3 months. Not sure I’ll ever fancy doing a marathon but have my sights set on a couple of 5k this year and maybe a 10k next year.1

@lozenger1984 That's awesome. I bet once you do that first 5k you'll get hooked like I did. I can totally see you doing races especially if you're already running 20 minutes straight!1
