Blood ketone readings..

Hi
For those who measure blood ketones, how long did it take u to get into ketosis? I’m on day 3 and still only reading 0.1-0.2...I know it can take time just wondering how long it took others 😊

    took me about 5 days i now sit at 0.5 to 1,7. Give it time :)

    No meter here but after about two weeks I could taste it.

    Typically 3 days you can get into ketosis but it definitely can take longer.

    I was testing over 0.5 within about 14-16 hours. I fasted from the night before until the afternoon my first day. I also had a natural tendency to fast like that all the time anyway though even on SAD.
    That’s probably why it was so easy for me.

    I just tested again today and measured 1.3🤩👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
