11th week - Came down with a bad illness this week. I had to make myself eat and drink because the desire was not there. My food went straight through me (sorry too much info). I am still on strong meds. I have lost water weight and I anticipate a smaller loss next week as I recover and rehydrate.2 -

Had no discipline the last week, no excuses, just laziness - feeling rundown and it's kind of a vicious circle, Eat/Drink Rubbish cos feel rubbish, feel rubbish from not eating/drinking well. It's definitely a true gain on the old trendweight.4 -

Stressful and busy end of the week @ work left me feeling shattered and wanting comfort food. Couldn't even be bothered logging my foods for the first time since April. Very surprised I haven't put weight on. Plan on taking it a bit more easy on my non work days so I have some energy for work and less likely to comfort eat. Back to logging my foods anyway. Good luck everyone xxx3 -

Stayed the same again for third week in a row. Again, glad it's not a gain, but this shows me I need to change something if I am going to lose more.1 -

Went to the doctor Sept.4th and I new I gained a good amount of weight, so I didn't look at the scale. A week after I was going through my purse and seen my paper from doctor and seen my weight and that's when I decided I needed to change. Went back to the doctor on 25th and lost 4lbs. So a total loss from Sept. 4th would be 6 lbs.3 -

Well, that's what I get f.or getting creative in the kitchen. I think this could be sodium induced. I tried several new recipes and boy, the sodium is through the roof. Back to my boring safe recipes.

12th week - For some reason, I felt especially hungry this week. Made multiple bad choices, even failed to log for the first time in 12 weeks. I am back on track now and this coming week will be better 🙂2
