Keto and sleep apnea

Does anyone here have sleep apnea and use a Bipap sleep machine? I have both obstructive apnea and central asleep apnea. Since starting Keto eating 3 weeks ago, my apnea incidents have risen from 1-5 to 9-15. Just coincidence or something else?
