FINALLY 2ND round

Well, it's been a long time coming, but I think I am FINALLY back on track with round 2. As many of you know, I had about 3 months off because of a back injury. Even after I got the go ahead to work out again, it was torture getting started again. I got kinda started here and there last week; however, this week, I have been up at 4 every a.m. to work out (sometimes doing more than 1 workout) so, yea, I'd say

I'M BACK!!!! It feels SOOOOO good!

Even though my weight went up very little, my inches went up quite a bit, so that is what my goal is - inches, not weight :) I'm very close to goal weight, so diet is not my priority this time around.

Wish me luck and join me if you would like! I plan to stay on schedule and will be starting workouts 2 & 3 next week. I'm using heavier weights this time around and trying not to modify anything. So far so good except taking it easy on a bum knee.
