Healthy snack or meal: Strawberries (even though they aren't keto)
Best workout this week: Still not exercising - a couple of short walks. I'm counting strolling the mall with my daughter.
Comments: I find that the daily ups and downs of the scale don't bother me much anymore as long as my general trend is downward. I know that logging is my key to success and that keto works for me, so I'm just going to keep at it. Congrats to everyone who stuck it out through the summer challenge.

A positive thought: More awareness about stress eating than 3 yrs ago.
A healthy snack/meal: Cheese on rice cakes with nectarine and spinach dip on lettuce.
My most effective workout this week was: Body cycle.
Comments: I could just feel how my focus shifted on first day of classes and anxiety/stress level rising at a very challenging class. I had a really early night on SAT for SUN work. All the “all nighters” that I have pulled for school with food and really needed more sleep. I want to keep a better balance for those two last semesters.

Lol I used to like I was 5’7”. It happens.
So I’m trying to get down to your current weight and I’m two inches taller than you. I have 9/10 lbs to go though. Bummer.1
