I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with Carl Franklin from the 2 Keto Dudes Podcast. But he and I are teaming up to hold a Keto Minifest on October 5th in Pensacola Beach, FL. There will be a cooking demonstration and talks about keto from both Carl and me. Dinner is included, and yes, it will be keto.

    Thank you! The main KetoFest in New London, CT in July is awesome. This will be a little taste of that (and with a nice beach view).
