Natural sweetened low carb tahini biscuits

INGREDIENTS
• 1/3 cup tahini
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups of almond meal
• white sesame seeds


Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius ( 350 degrees Fahrenheit)

Line tray with baking paper

In a bowl with electric mixer combine tahini, honey, egg and vanilla and blend until smooth

Mix in baking powder, salt and almond meal until combined

Scoop out smaller bits of mixture ( it will be very sticky ) an roll then roll in sesame seeds and place on tray press to flatten.

Bake for around 12-14 minuets or until browned.
