Hi Team,
Yesterday, my wife Rose and I, went hiking in the fall colors of New Hampshire. It was a gray and moist day but great to be alive and outside.
You can see that Rose and I are not the beautiful people nor super duper fitness models. You don’t have to be afraid to share a photo of the real you! This is the real me!

Off track on October 3. My husband was off and my son had late start. Went to breakfast, but I didn't get pancakes, so that was a good thing. Dinner went to buffet, Gosh, but didn't overindulge. Back on track today. At work and about to do an exercise tape a my desk to jump start my morning. Going to Curves when I get off. Will do various activities throughout work day too.7 -
Yes x3 again today. I tried the first session of the C25K workout. I've never been a runner but I'm in a massive plateau for my weight loss so time to try something new to get things going again.10

@trimi1104, Wow o, congratulations! Yes, I agree with you about this Ultimate Accountability Challenge. I can see the impact on myself. Each day, I am making decisions, I need to be accountable.
@Toyota100, thank you for the idea of "at your desk" exercise. I have google some of them I am definitely going to be doing. In case anyone is interested, here are a few from the internet.7 -

BY THE WAY - THIS WOULD BE MY FIRST PASS. I accidentally composed it on the Oct 3 thread .... and if you check backwards, there is already an Oct 3 entry from me where all was great and I did 80 minutes of exercise on my mini-trampoline .....
If things change, I will repost, but I am expecting I will need a Pass today (Oct 4).

Did you log everything? Gonna be tough, because lunch was a workplace charitable campaign pot-luck. Mostly good choices, but not so measurable.

@victorious55 thanks for sharing those desk exercises. I needed some stretching today and I didn't think to look for "desk" stretches.
Exercise: Yes - stretching which I really needed with a FitnessBender video
Within budget: Yes largely under- Probably coming down with a cold. Sneezing + runny nose since midday and I didn't have much of an appetite.

4 down 27 to go! Rode 2 horses, 46 minutes on the rowing machine, tracked everything, and way under 1200 net calories allowed. Good day! Challenge coming up this weekend, though, House guest Sat - Wed Planning now on how I am going to handle everything but committed to making it through without having to use a pass day. More company coming later in the month, so would like to save pass days for later if I need them then.7

I sure did! I brought one of those circles of cubed fresh fruit as my contribution, but the pie was more popular .... so I got to bring maybe 3/4 of the fruit home for me and DH to enjoy .... and there will be more pumpkin pie (but better able to weigh/measure meal) on Saturday too!!3 -
