Had to pass on exercise today - nasty infection in one eye that makes pain when I get going at anything... hopefully the medication will make it calm down fast. But tracked! Under calories! I was glad you were all there in my head when I almost succumbed to a ridiculous lunch. Thanks ❤
@RangerRickL ! You are so close to where I live -- slip on up north on route 91 in Vermont, cross the border into Quebec, and I'm only another 20 miles or so from there. The colours are even prettier up here 😉 and we could ride colourful appaloosas to enjoy peeping the leaves!5 -

@ghy139 if you tracked all intake calories; did at least 20 minutes of exercise; and were under your target calories, you don’t need to take a Pass day!

Tracked: Yes, even the "tastings" as I was cooking!
didn't wanna do anything at all today, i had plans to clean house but im really exhausted from intense exercise 2 days in a row, so i had a rest day instead,. later in the evening i got up and moved around for a bit and i cooked dinner for everyone as part of my activity! turkey patties w/ toasted oats instead of breadcrumbs, with yellow squash & a homemade tomato sauce. everyone loved it!
i'm going to be catsitting tomorrow & a change in routine always throws me off, so in order to stay on track i gotta say on here that my goal tomorrow is to stick to what i have planned to eat and not binge like last week, and to make sure i do a 45-60min exercise and come back here at the end of the day without needing a Pass! i can do it! & i'm allowing an extra 100calories to my goal just in case
also, i'm so jealous of everyone who lives where the leaves are turning pretty colors! in southern louisiana it still looks green everywhere, so disappointing!6
