    Had a great workout and spent over 2 hours cleaning out my closet and getting rid of all the clothes that are too big on me. Nice feeling. :)

    A lot of heavy house cleaning, then swing dancing for exercise. Got to eat a little more and still under on calories. :)

    Did you do 20 minutes or more of exercise? Expect to after work
    Did you log everything? Gonna be tough, because lunch was a workplace charitable campaign pot-luck. Mostly good choices, but not so measurable.
    Did you stay under calorie limit? Partly a question of how much / what type of exercise calories will get applied, but a piece of pumpkin pie WAS involved ....
