    @ghy139 if you tracked all intake calories; did at least 20 minutes of exercise; and were under your target calories, you don’t need to take a Pass day!

    @jugar If I’m ever back here, I’ll bring my passport and ride your Appaloosas. My favorite horse was a beautiful Appy with a white stars on a chocolate rump. His name was Joker.
    I don’t speak French but I would love to ride with you in Canada!!

    Well, that did not go to plan. I had not planned to have a pass day so soon in the month, but pass I did.

    Still feeling crappy but hoping to get to the gym for a real workout today.
