This would have to be one of the largest winners circles I've seen in this challenge.
Congratulations to all who made it. Although the circle is only recognition, the real reward is the consistency and discipline you learn from succeeding in this challenge.
Congratulation too to all who stayed in and posting last month after having a 4th pass day. This is the real goal of the challenge. Setting healthy habits so that you can manage health automatically. @RangerRickL. does not exile anyone from this challenge. It is run to support it's participants.
Looking forward to another great month and hearing from all participants.

Yes x3 today. I walked into and around the CBD today and racked up 25,000 steps! Ended up a long way under my calories which is good because I cut it a bit fine over the weekend.
I'm looking forward to continuing with last month's consistency throughout October. Good luck to everyone else embarking on this challenge!5 -
I'm signing in for October 1st. This is my new beginnings, again. I plan to lose 20-25lbs by Dec 31.4

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I normally walk outside in the morning but it was raining this morning. Normally I wouldjust skip the day but this challenge well... challenged me to do something. I found a 20 mins Leslie Sansone video on YouTube and added a few calisthenics.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! with 4 cals to spare :-)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!5 -

Hey everyone,
Am joining the October challenge, newbie here, my ultimate goal is to reduce my body fat percentage.
Day 1
Exercise : Yes, 90mins strength training at the crack of dawn and 45mins Cardio after work.
Calorie allowance; Stayed within allowance
Tracked everything: absolutely9 -
Day 1 ...
One down and 30 to go!! Tracked everything, stayed well within calorie allowance, rode two horses (1.5 hr total ... not counting grooming, tacking, and giving a bath to my totally filthy grey mare), rowed for 40 minutes on rowing machine, 20 minute walk. I'm tired and headed to bed early tonight!5 -
