Hey everyone!
I’ve dieted pretty much my entire life & lost over 100 pounds in my early 20’s.
Then I used this app post pregnancy when it first came out & tracked on here for 2 years straight then one day just stopped, tired of obsessing over a number and restricting myself. Maintained give or take 10-15 pounds.
Anywho. It’s been a super stressful year and I dropped some weight then put some back on. Have some fluffy weight I’d like to get rid of which brought me to IF which then led me to Keto... determined NOT to food track or count calories.

Keto has rid me of the brain fog, the tired & achey feeling I had when I woke up, and improved mood. The stress that was taking a toll on me is manageable. I feel 100x better in the 1-1.5months I’ve added Keto to IFing and plan to continue.
So now I am here. To track calories so I can rid some fluffy weight (but I don’t feel restricted eating this way- I actually feel satiated with the fat) and to ensure I am hitting my macros as I feel best when I am on point with my intake ratios.
