Looking for encouragement by reading and seeing all of your success stories!
If anyone wants to share their before and after pictures, length of time it’s taken you to get there, total sizes lost or weight lost- that would be great!

Not sure if you are still here but here you go...
Picture 1.....Starting Weight...194
Picture 2.....Goal Weight.........130
Picture 3...-5 More Pounds....125
I lost 64 pounds in 8 months and now I'm maintaining in the 120's. I went down 7 pant sizes.
