Has anyone from Canada or the US traveled to Mexico for their surgery? What was your experience? Any advice?
I'm looking into it and my doctor said he's known people to be very successful with their outcomes.

    I actually have heard of this and heard of good outcomes, though I do not know anyone personally. I live in Texas, though I am on the Louisiana side, but lived in West Texas for a short, short time many moons ago. Not necessarily a bad idea, but definitely do your research! Very sorry that you are unable to get it done where you are. If it's any consolation, I started my weight loss "journey" in August of 2010 and didn't have my surgery until September 27, 2012. Two years seems like a very long time, but it was VERY worth the wait!!!!
