What numbers are you using for a guide to show that you are in ketosis? I was at .5 this morning.

@wythout I find .5-1.0 to be my sweet spot but due to cost and the pain I do not often check blood ketones. More does not seem to be better in my case. I know when I hit 3.0 early on I did not feel as well for some reason.
After being Keto for 4 years I think the key health gains in MY case comes from holding total carbs down to around 50 grams daily.
I do use the $15 alcohol breath analysers off of eBay just because of the geek streak in me when I can find one that still works. Any reading lets me know I am in ketosis which is all I care to know since I do have not magic ketone level to hit anymore.
Best of continued success. I actually butched the Keto WOE for about the first year.1
