Scale broke??

I am starting week 8 of keto. The first 4 weeks I lost 19 lbs. Weeks 5-7 I have not lost anything. I have been within a couple ounces the last 3 weeks. I haven’t changef anything from the 1st 4 weeks, no cheats at all.

Any thoughts?

    You are better off trying on the same tight clothing each week. That will show your progress. If you add a pound of lean mass and lose a pound of fat the scale can only show you that it is at zero movement.

    I also lost a lot my first 3 weeks (water weight), then it was really slow for a few weeks (like maybe .5 pound a week). I remember be disappointed. After that, it ended up being 1-2 pounds a week. I’d give it a few more weeks before getting worried. Also... if you’re working out, you could be gaining muscle.

    I can stall with any diet or weight loss program. I am in one now but I have two options. I can wait it out or I can tweak something. I am impatient so I cut back a little on fats and increased exercise a little. If I stay with what I have been doing it usually starts back on its own though.
