Hi Everyone, I'm very new. I'm not sure what's involved with the Keto plan or how to get started. Any recommendations as to where to find info or a starting point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Start dialing back your carbs a bit. Start doing research online, lots of YouTube lectures and how to videos. Ask questions here and if time permits get some books going.0

I started by checking out videos on youtube. I really like Megha and Matt's videos they help me a lot and have great recipes.0

I agree with @leahk80! Megha and Matt's channel is KetoConnect, and they are really good. THere are a ton of books out there, too...I checked out a stack of them at the library.
As far as where to start...find a keto calculator and find out what your calories should be, and what percentage of your calories will come from fat, carbs, and protein. Or you can set your calories and macros under Goals here on MFP. Mine is set to 1500 calories per day, at 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs...I am 5'6", and weigh 178, with a goal weight of 140lbs.
Then start tracking what you eat...
