Looking for clean eating support friends

Hi my name is Sheila and I like to try new foods all the time interested in protein replacement and great low carb dishes that are clean.

    hey I use slender blend protein for breakfast and pre workout its only 146 calories. I try to stay away from refined carbs so rarely have rice, pasta or white potato - Usually around 100-150 on carbs due to fruit and veg. Feel free to add me as my diary is open so you can see. Lost 76lbs thus far in 12 months. HAs a wobble due to vacation and flu but back in the zone now :)
