Are there any keto community meetings?

I think you have to look in your community to see if there are keto meetings. I checked my public library website, and they have four different meetings each month for people on specialized diets, but did not specify keto. I also checked my city's metro calendar, and again there were meetings and support groups for people trying to lose weight, or on specialized diets, but not one specifically for keto.

You may want to check your gym, local YMCA, hospital nutrition departments, or wellness clinics. They might have a group that will suit your needs.

There is a Meet Up group for keto lifestylers here in the Twin Cities that gets quite a few people. You could always try to set one up yourself if there isn't one in your area already.
