I know this was discussed some-time back couldn't find it.
Do you journal fruits and veggies on MFP?
I do WW online and journal. I want to know my calories and sugar/ carb intake because of the pt. values to see how or what it is between the two. I know like a banana, strawberries there is a high sugar content even though it's "natural"so part of the reason if to journal them.
I am struggling to lose with another small gain this wk. Or any help to get me back on track. I'm at a discouraged pt. now.

I track calories on MFP so all fruit is accounted for0

I try and track everything I eat including zero point foods on both platforms. But one reason I rely more on MFP is the ability to monitor sugar etc. I nutritionist last year warned about the impact of overdoing high carb smoothies, etc on my system and on weight control. Her advise was to go for much smaller portions and less frequently and to track my carbs and sugars to be safe.1

I like to keep track of what I ingest so yeah I track it but don't count it pointwise.0
