Oh man, I loaded 7 pounds on since June and also lost muscle - or converted it to more fat or whatever.
Anyway, I don't need to do much more than drop those 7 pounds and increase my muscle.
Wish me luck!

    Is there a way to scan recipes from the challenge app to this MFP app??

    I weighed myself this morning cuz two days on the challenge made me feel like I had done something, lol, even tho last night I had a massive sandwich and fries and two glasses of wine. I was .5 pounds down. Like, why did I weigh myself? It was so stupid.

    I think if we put the recipes in here, we'll have to just type them in?

    ya I know what you mean about the perception of losing weight. I think so much is bloat?!

    Hi everyone!
    I have been active in the last 7 months and have lost 11 pounds so far. However, I found myself going to other gyms, where trainers would suggest counting and cutting all carbs and being miserable. My goal is to feel better, by going to F45 at least 4 times but also, learning how to make better choices when it comes to food in order to change the composition of my body.

    I wanted to take the opportunity to ask you something. I am a little concerned. I have been tracking my meals here and I am a bit under the 1300 calorie goal/ over the macros expected sometimes. Am I the only one?
