Caution speaking from the heart I am completely disgusted with myself I realize that I have allowed myself to become a person that has identified completely with their size this is hard but I want to speak to all of you who are obese like me I'm doing this on speakerphone so it's going to be long with no punctuation sorry anyhow if you are young and you are obese get the weight off now I can tell you I have been obese since I was about 1415 years old and I've always tried to get the weight off and never succeeded it only gets harder the older you get I will talk more later when I'm not doing it on speaker phone but please I beg you take care of yourself because it'll bite you in the *kitten* when you're older
