Fellow Carbies,

You gotta try this!

1, (1) soft ripe avocado (I find the best avocados in the Mexican grocery stores) cut in half and remove the pit
2, Fill the hole left by the pit with either full fat sour cream or the best cottage cheese you can find (not a great big gigantic blob)
3, Sprinkle the half you plan to eat—or both if allowed-- generously with crunchy bacon bits
4, Eat it like you would a baked potato
5, I did not try a sharp cheddar cheese yet

This is some good stuff!
