Oh no! Fatigue is hard. Your body thinks it needs carbs. I used to know the science behind this but a lot of people break diets when they are fatigued.. it's so hard to stay strong under those circumstances and its normal.
I have had problems with keeping candy.. the problem is that I eat it.🤣. If I don't have access to it I won't eat it.. so now if I want my favorite dark chocolate I must get in my car and drive.. can't be bothered. Too much effort. The only "safe" place for candy is my husband's gun safe but even then I have been able to talk him into it like some kind of drug addict 🤣🤣.. he's my enabler. Its a weakness of mine..
You are really exhusted, some exercise might pep you up a bit? You probably don't want to do it but it will make you feel a lot better!! You could factor the candy into your daily allowance some how? Or you could put it onto a weekly treat? You see I love dark chocolate so much I think life is sad without it so I factor it in.. I can't binge on it anymore it must be smaller than I'm used to, but I can eat it once a week and still loose weight even if I went over the daily allowance for it once a week. I'm of the opinion that deprivation is not helpful and its possibly leads to my problem of binge eating dark chocolate. So far this plan has helped 90% of the time. Hooe you feel better soon!!1
