Last week donated all my heavy coats sized 3X/2X and needed to go coat shopping.
Today went to the store and tried this coat on and couldn't believe I was able to zip AND button it up!( Size M 8/10)
Also today at work, my size 11 pants kept slipping down and I kept pulling them up all day. I decided to come home try the size 10.....and they fit! Wow day 108 from size pants 18/20 to size 10😊

Great Job and what amazing results. So have you been doing Keto for 108 days? May I ask what your starting weight was and what are your macros? Have you adjusted your macros as you have lost weight?
