Another water challenge

As I was updating my weigh in, I realized that I did not drink any water yesterday or the day before. My sole hydration was a glass of milk and a couple of cups of coffee.

It's easier to remember to guzzle those ounces / pints / liters, when its hot out and now that we are cooling off, it might be easy to think we need less. I have read that when we are inside during winter, the environment can be very dry - drying out our skin and dehydrating us in general.

So the challenge is to drink an extra glass of water every day. Try hot or warm water as a morning or evening beverage too!

Oh, and while you're at it, slather on some moisturizer!!

    I need to focus on this. I haven’t drank water at all today....just coffee coffe and more coffee :s
