The site admins have given the Community Guidelines a new look and format and have used this opportunity to clarify their expectations of us using different language.
Groups are required to uphold these guidelines, so please read through the new page when you get the chance.

In addition to following these guidelines, we also refrain from divisive topics here for the most part, even though they it's ok for Groups. We don't mind respectful disagreeing or mild debate of differing opinions, but no politics, religion, or any haterade of any kind. We also don't grouse about the Main Forum's environment toward us or other members in here, either. As per the site admins' specific request.
So our little addendum:
Don't complain about the main forums in here.
Don't insult other MFP users in here.
Don't link to main forum threads in here.
Don't criticize the main forum mods or their actions in here.
Don't repost PMs from mods in here.
Do support one another on this WOE.
Do ask questions of and learn from others.
Do have great, in-depth discussions.
Do post links to other groups like an exercise challenge group or the keto group as long as it isn't drama related.
Do talk about anything low-carb, videos, recipes, blogs, articles, or funny cartoons. Have fun.
Do invite keto and low-carb folks here via a link in the Main Forum.
You can complain about me to Dragonwolf, Sabine, and Goat if I start being a wicked witch, but try not to be too mean.
So in here, business as usual as it has been 99.999% of the time.
We want to have nice things. So we will keep it civil and chill.
This is a safe haven for low-carbers of all kinds to get information and support.
