Keep Your Pants ON?

I don’t remember when I started wearing my summer shorts for WI. I joined WW in January 2013 so I know I was not wearing shorts.
But for at least three years I would wear shorts at WI year round. I would change to long pants after WI and only wore long pants a couple times
TODAY I made the decision to wear my jeans and did it st WI. It was only +.4 up, so I mentally calculated it as s “Loss”
Learning to WI as a normal process was a small step for me but it was s decision I made to change.

Just wear your Jeans next wk. and it will should pan out. Jeans are a bit heavy. Keep up the good work.1

Jeans are good. I always went to meetings on the way to work, so it was dress slacks and a shirt. I didn't really have to worry about fluctuation due to clothing.
But it is nice to feel confident enough to not have to worry about your outfit.
And, as anybody who has ever gone to a 'workshop' can attest, there is some pretty wild outfitting going on there.1 -
yeah the outfits one see's at weigh in are very entertaining!0

Living in the Northeast US, I used to split the year into shorts weather and jeans weather. Then I'd just stay consistent with each of those for the months it made sense.
When things are "normal" I go to meetings (oops--workshops) on average twice a month. I still generally follow what I stated above, but I wear what works for that given day.
Good for you, @Jimb376mfp . More freedom!0 -
Gosh I am sciencey kind of guy and wear same outfit at WW and at home year round. Makes my life more simple math wise. Oddly at Dr office I don't care much but do take shoes off leaving socks on.
That is normal for me instead of "summer weight" vs "winter weight"1 -
Yep, there is always that week where you Fall Forward a lb. putting big boy pants back on. Then in the spring you Fall Back going back to shorts.1

I am just about there as the weather changes. You take a small it as the long pants come on and get it back when the weather warms up.0

I usually wear jeans, tshirt, and shoes. Figure WHEN I reclaim lifetime, I'll have the shoes for "insurance".1

I wear my weigh in shorts year round, in cold weather I just add a pair of sweat pants over the top of them.1
