Just joined this group. I hope you all are doing well.
Just finished week 3 and have to say I'm feeling pretty good doing this! I've been looking for a way to add exercise while dealing with a few injuries, and I think this is going to work out ok. I feel like I can really work hard without worrying about further injury.
I also travel a lot and I also love that I can do this anywhere - and barefoot to boot.
So right now I'm combining DDP with light cardio (walking, swimming, etc). What is everyone else doing - just DDP, or are you combining it with another program?
Last question - Does anyone use the teamddp site? I haven't figured out if that site is useful or not. Can't quite figure out how people are using it. I had a ton of welcome messages when I first joined, but otherwise it doesn't seem very active, or else I'm just not getting it. Any thoughts?

DDP Yoga and light cardio is all I did for months. I recently started running a little more, but it's still not anything major.
I usually hang out on MFP, so I haven't poked around teamddp much.0 -
I'm also doing DDP Yoga and light cardio.... usually not on the same days. lol I busted my knee up really badly about 9.5 months ago and it looks like I'll never lift weights again. Which is actually turning out to be alright, because I'm enjoying this -- even though I have to really modify it (can't kneel).0

sorry to hear about your knee! my wife was thinking of starting it too and worried about the same thing. How do you modify for table, broken table, etc?0

DDY and light cardio here too (walking, cycling or stepping). When I get to my goal I want to start strength training/lifting0

I do DDPY along with the Zombies,Run! 5k training app, alternate days, and so far it's been a good mix.0
