Sorry guys was away for the weekend so only just got around to setting this month's weeks up.1

i didn't do anything last week. like seriously - i did nothing. i didn't go out, i didn't exercise, i ate badly (a lot of carbs almost every day) and it's stressing me out. i have two scales; the one i bought a few weeks ago and my old one. the new one says that i weigh 84.9kg but the old one says 84.1kg?? which one should i believe? obviously i'd like to believe the last one ๐๐ but anyways, i want to weigh less than 80 kilograms before christmas so that's my small-ish goal ๐ค i really need to get myself together ๐ค2 -
You can either test one of them with something you know is a fixed weight like a dumbbell or just pick one and stick with it.1

Very bloaty this week - it's shark week, will see how the end of it compares with last month's weight wise.

So happy that I've finally gotten into the 79kg range. Only another 4kg till my first goal ๐ At the start 14kg seemed like such an unrealistic effort but now I'm almost there5 -

Half a pound again, can't complain as I've chosen to slow down, but my doesn't it make the goal seem far away! @tinkerbellang83 I didn't see your reply last week before now, but yes I am certainly enjoying the extra calories!!4 -

I use my 12k kettlebell to test the weight before I get on my scales (sadly it's all I seem to use them for!), as I was sick of getting off and on and having different answers. If the scales read the true weight of the kettlebell then I accept the first reading for me and don't get back on.2 -

Total weight loss: -43lbs!
And the rollercoaster continues... I'm disappointed in how much I've caved into eating over my calorie limit and not done any exercise all week. Hoping this month will be the month I reach 145 and stay there. I'm just getting too comfortable with where I'm at and need to remember that I'm not at my goal yet. I HAVE to keep going!2 -
