Morning
5 minutes arm crank warmup
Started to do seated rows but found a sore spot between my bicep and tricep, on the inner side of the elbow.
Did close-grip lat pulldowns with no problem. 1 x 15 @ 50 lb, 3 x 10 @ 60 lb, 1 x 5 @ 70 lb
Bent over row 3 x 8 @ 50 lb
Romanian deadlifts 3 x 8 @ 50 lb
Bench press 25 lb dbs: 1 x 10, 1 x 7, 1 x 5, 1 x 6
OHP 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 7 @ 20 lb Could not for the life of me find more than one 12.5 db
Goblet squats 3 x 10 @ 25 lb
Afternoon
Deadmill 5 minutes walking then 30 minutes running, varying incline and speed
Got major DOMS in the adductors and hamstrings today

Yesterday I did...
67.5kg 5x5 on the squat, with 26kg dB squats in between sets
35kg on the bench press with leg raises in between
42.5kg row with 8kg bd flys in between.
I also did a 45 minute spinning class. Yesterday was hard!
Managed to go up to 70kg on the squat today. Very pleased with that. Did the normal 5x5
25kg 5x5 overhead press, I find this the hardest of all the weights, my shoulders seem to be my weakest part.
And I dropped down to 65kg o the deadlift and did 10 reps.
I did a few active recovery moves in between too.
Rest day tomorrow, definitely ready for it this week x
