As we slide into the holidaze... the odd sleepiness and mental fogginess caused by the overeating of sugary treats from assorted holiday events and the anxiety of gift-buying and party planning... it's easy to forget our fitness goals.
Make fitness as important to your routine as brushing your teeth, showering and eating.
Get'er done!!

SO TRUE. Mine started with a marriage retreat and I gained almost 5 pounds. I watched the carbs, but didn't count my total calories - BIG mistake. Hopefully off as easy as it went on as I have a long way to go.1

Putting on weight has always been easy for me. Taking it off... not so much...

This is where it can all go off the rails... But I know I have no real events except the holidays themselves so I will probably manage ok.1

Hey it's the holidays, of course I decide I need to get back on track right before them...lol. I just need to at least get moving more again, and stop sitting around so much. Then I'll try to get my eating back on track (hopefully once I'm home again in FL after this caretaker season of my life).1
