Nutrition and Numbers in Nov
last year i was again at my highest weight in 3 years and having serious hormonal problems due to my increased belly fat....so started fresh with Logging and food choices. weight loss almost 25 pounds by Easter. regained weight and now one year later....13lbs lower. but healthier.
so for November besides wt loss, going to work on better nutrition
1. Diet coke addiction
2.Sleep habits
3. Toast and cereal habits
4. Eating out choices
5. Race on Thanksgiving Day ( Running before work)
