Nutrition and Numbers in Nov

last year i was again at my highest weight in 3 years and having serious hormonal problems due to my increased belly fat....so started fresh with Logging and food choices. weight loss almost 25 pounds by Easter. regained weight and now one year later....13lbs lower. but healthier.
so for November besides wt loss, going to work on better nutrition
1. Diet coke addiction
2.Sleep habits
3. Toast and cereal habits
4. Eating out choices
5. Race on Thanksgiving Day ( Running before work)

    November Goals:

    1. 4000 steps per day. Bought the little dog a cute new harness, so we'll have to use it together.
    2. 6 glasses of water every day. Only drink diet soda when out, don't buy it for at home.
    3. Stop eating out so much! I'm going to limit myself to twice a week.
    4. Still trying to move the scale, so a 2# loss...

    ☺Fastest 5k in years! ( Thanksgiving Gobble run)
    ☹weight exactly the same...
    😔diet coke and eating out a little better...got an elderly shut-in father who enjoys eating out so at least 3 times a week, i take him to his favorite spot....i had a turkey burger last time, 800 calories!
    😴doing a little better sleeping

    doing a running challenge with friends and Runners World....run a mile every day from Thanksgiving to Christmas....so far, making it..

    next month Decisions in December!
