Since fall is here, my temptation is to hunker down and hang out in my recliner under a blanket. With the time change making the days darker, it's soooo easy to skip the exercise. So if you are not walking or doing aerobic exercise to keep the blood pumping - try some each day this week. If you are already in the habit, try adding 5 minutes to your time. Have a great week!
