I REALLY want to do C25K, but i have many other xercises and an exercise routine down and I worry it may be too much and i'll overload and quit.
Anyone else do this with other(lots) of exercise and its still bearable?

Exchange some of your cardio out for the C25K. If you are walking or doing cardio 7 days a week you can keep going if you want, just swap things around. For example, if you decide to start and do the C25K on Mon, Wed, Fri, then do some cross training on Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun. I would recommend at least one day to fully relax and let your body heal, but is entirely up to you.0
