I typed a five page essay for you, then apparently moved my phone to some type of warp angle, because it was promptly deleted.
Maybe it's a sign.
Anyway, here I am. I'm here.
I DID learn something.
You can't do this for me.
This is my journey and no matter how much support and encouragement you give (thank you, I'm so grateful) it doesn't work if I'm dragging my feet and generally being a pain in the *kitten*.
Today I have copper penny mouth and super fun time dull wits.
I've missed you.

I'm ALIVE!!! Eight days and eight pounds later, I'm starting to feel human again!!
The appetite suppression is ridiculous. I start to get super cranky and Bob starts throwing lettuce at me, shaking with fear in the corner.
I've been using my brand new baby pink digital scale my dear sil gave me and I really feel good.
I haven't used any sweetener, and I believe that it's a good move. I really just didn't have any and haven't gotten out to do a real shop yet. So perhaps it's Divine synchronicity.

This is not easy. Carbs are a siren song always for some of us. They call to me all the time. I think I have developed some hearing loss finally so I'm able to stay with it. But it's darn hard.
Consistency + Persistence +Perseverence + Time
Life is always at us.
Come back as many times as you'd like. But I'm hoping one of these times sticks and you'll be will us long term.
