I can't think of a better week to hold this than the middle of November.
National Deal Week.
This year Black Friday began on a Thursday.

Please, city farmers, pick up after your cow. It takes too damn long to get cow dung off my shoes.
Tie One On For Safety Begins.
Makes sense. Tie one on from Thanksgiving through New Years Day. This is going to be one hell of a hangover.
