Things are going well food wise. Pleased to have no Pass Days so far. I’m going to see if my energy picks up again, and if not, I might decrease my calorie deficit back down some.

most activity i did was going up & down the stairs a few times and then cooking dinner. need to get back into yoga or something. overate on accident, in my house we're a bunch of cereal vultures lol, i can't resist chocolate-peanut butter cereal. cooked a warm, wholesome meal for my grandmother and i though, brown butter rice w/ black beans, & green bell pepper+broccoli sauteed and simmered in a balsamic-beef broth-butter sauce.
STILL sick and it's now affecting my sinuses, gonna spend the 19th doused in Nyquil.1 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 72 minutes between 2 sessions - the first was shorter than I planned, and the "make-up" was longer than actually needed .... I LOVE being able to say that my exercise strategy is soooo enjoyable.
