Friday WI How'd you do?

Down 8.0 lbs this week. On a Dr's plan basically paleo or cave man. Cutting all complex carbs.

@imastar2 -- I have a close friend who is following paleo and is doing very well with it. And another friend (who was a GOADie in the past but shall remain nameless) who has been following keto for about a year and is down a little over 100 pounds so far.
I think I could do a modified keto without a lot of problem. But it would be difficult for me to give up ALL "white" foods.
Oh who am I kidding? I'm a self-admitted carboholic! Bread, pasta, potatoes are mainstays in my diet (the noun not the verb).1 -
Thanks @beachwoman2006. Cindy before WW I literally had lost 100 lbs 4 different times from age 20- about 55 on low carb before Atlins was even a diet. The last time it just didn't seem to work for me but I'm giving it a shot. I tend to also eat too big a portion of protein ie meats. I'm giving a go at it will see.
