Phase 1

Time for the first phase of working towards my journey towards strength, flexibility, and losing 20-25 pounds. Do you know what your Macro count is? I am aiming for 30% Fat, 40% Carbs, and 30% Protein in this first Phase. This Phase will most likely last about 8 weeks and I plan on lifting 4X a week. This is going to be a challenge and commitment and I'm looking to build a team for support, encouragement, and accountability. Anyone want to begin with me?
