One month off bio-identical estrogen/promentrium

I decided, in consultation with my GP, to pause bio-identical hormones to see how I feel.
That was one month ago today.
(I have been using some OTC progesterone cream).
I've had NO hot flashes
I've had NO night sweats
I'm not irritable
(I attribute this to the addition of CBD oil).
I've had no migraines
My breasts are painfully "don't you dare touch them" swollen. So big, I can't zip my winter coat. WTF?
And the damned scale has gone up 5 pounds, whilst actively dieting.
How is it that in 2018 we still have no idea how to really manage menopause??

I feel your pain. Just when I think I've figured it out a new symptom pops up0

All good. The first while was fine. Then I lost the ability to sleep. Plus hot flashes lol. And the crankies. I'll try again when I'm on holiday. ha. I still believe the CBD is helping a ton, and WILL be my path to going hormone free...0
