Best personal blender for BPC?

I'm back after a looooong hiatus, had some health issues that kept me away. My issue now is that I can't eat a lot of solid foods, they sit in my stomach like rocks on bad days. I can have meat that's pureed/cut up very very small and chewed incredibly well on good days. So there are days when most of my calories need to come from liquids, and BPC is perfect for that! But alas, the giant blender takes much energy to wash and put back together, so isn't an option. I'm looking for personal reviews on personal size blenders that handle BPC well. Sometimes I throw in an egg, or some protein powder, but mainly liquids. I'm suppossed to aim for 1500 cals(I'm 200 pounds now, !@#$%^&
and 1200 as an absolute minimum. I'm not hitting that, and as a result not losing weight.

Oh, I used a milk frother when I was doing coconut oil in my coffee and it worked great!
something like this, cheap and easy to clean:

I've had a Magic Bullet for quite some time. I don't find is to be my most frequently used small appliance by any means but it useful for some things. BPC would be one of those things.
It's powerful, small and easy to clean.

Nice to see you again.
I just use a Contigo travel mug and shake my coffee very well. Works fine. It isn't quite as frothy by I still get a froth layer on top.1 -
Magic bullet for me too. BPC is really the only thing I use it for. Doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter top either0

I've used a milk frother, as well. You won't get a lot froth like with a regular blender, though, if that's what you like.1

I used to have a small blender (Hamilton beach I think) where the blender cup came off and became a travel mug. Very convenient.0

My dad has one of these and I find it also aerates wine well if you're in a hurry.
