Exercise yes 10 min quigong, 30 min yoga day 4 ,happiness yoga with fightmaster on you tube,60 min cleaning, 50 min walk in daylight!

Yes x 3. Lifted weights today.
I like the message today Rick. Important one for me. When I eat more than planned I can feel like a failure. In truth, it is just part of me learning what to do, and learning how to get back on track after a misstep. I had a pass day this weekend and several days close to that. I am still here though, and that is a big success for me!5 -

Gave myself a pass today and didn't track calories. I did get on the treadmill tho and got in 2.16 miles.
