The incentive of the Winner's Circle is a very good thing.
It's a great way to create a success target for each of us.
On the other hand, some of you who don't qualify feel like a failure. I wish I could help you change that point of self-view.
I would like to encourage every one of the team members to focus on their incremental successes and not their failures.
Right now, I'm working hard to learn about my back and to learn new core exercises.
For the last 3 weeks, I have been trying to learn the "Week One' core exercises. Now, I'm in Week 4 and I still don't have Week 1 exercises perfect. That does not make me a failure. I'm getting better every session. Although, I don't feel like I'm ever going to be able to do a crunch without my neutral spine collapsing.
Within my attempts, I am finding incremental success.
Many of you report incremental successes. Focus on the success.

Exciting day today ... we get a reprieve from the frigid weather (actually, a 3-day reprieve!). It will feel good to get back on Annie for a ride. I suspect it will feel good to her to get on good footing and move her legs again.4

Thank you Rick, we must focus on our successes not failures. A child that is learning how to walk does not seat down and refuse to work again

Even with 4 passes this month, I figured I'd keep posting. There's still more than a week left in January. No need to throw that away because I slipped up in the middle of the month.Date: Jan 21
Exercise Tracked In MFP: 2.14 miles treadmill 45 minutes
Calories and Water Tracked In MFP: yes
Within Daily Calorie Range: Yes
Extra:
Daily Water Goal:3 water bottles, but should be 7 water bottles
Disqualified but still posting to develop my healthy habits : )
That is the spirit of this group! The fact that we used more than 3 passes does not stop us from posting to maintain our good habits. We do not take out all our china plates and break them because we mistakenly broke one of them! LOL
I have missed more than 2 weeks but I will keep posting for the rest of the month!

3 x Yes
We are all a success story in our own right x7 -
Definitely Rick. It all adds up.
I take the challenge as a way to learn new habits and live them 90% of the time. 3 pass days or less out of 30 should be doable over time as those habits become a way of life.
Yes x 3 today. Woke up extra early to be able to walk 4 miles before work.

I make it a point to remind myself every day to look at what I did right instead of wrong. Every morning I think about what I did right the day before and how I can improve upon that today. A twist of the mindset just a little makes a big difference for me!5 -
Yes x 3!
I haven't made the winner's circle yet but that is OK! This group has kept me mindful and I've had fewer days that I've messed up than I would have without the group.6 -

@RangerRickL I'm always eager to see what you are going to post for us at the top of the page.
Every time we post here is a success, irrespective of what we post. It's the coming back, day after day, whether we are going to make the winners' circle or not, that should be celebrated.
So, Bravo, compadres! If you are reading this, you are a success!!! You Rock! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Did one of Fitness Blenders Spartan 500 workouts. 10 exercises, 10 reps, 5 times through, no rest. Whew that sure got the heart pumping!6
