Preparing for big winter storm..

I am unfortunately out of the winners circle for the month
But I will continue to do my best and stay with the group.9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minute paved walking trail with body weight exercises mixed in.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? NO! My first planned PASS day. Had been looking forward to it.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Really tried to. Harder since we are traveling and had hotel prepped breakfasts etc. Good learning. Tomorrow I'm really challenging myself to stay in budget (still not counting exercise cals).6 -

Ended the day in the ER. Blocked colon. Was on a drip for most of the night. Lets hope day 19 is better.8 -

Knees are playing up since I haven't done any yoga fora few days...

@RangerRickL Thank you and that is a great quote! Slow progress is still progress : ) One day at a time for me. I don't know how many other people in here are needing to lose weight versus those that are maintaining weight or those that are intense athletes. I am in the need to lose weight group, and it's definitely one day at a time, and trial and error for me at the moment. But I am glad for this group.
