Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Mid-month, we look up from our tyrannical scale and look around. Wow!! There are lots of things to celebrate in our lives. Please share a Non-Scale-Victory. Something that's happening in your life and/or your journey toward your MFP goals that makes you happy; or proud; or joyful.
I'll check back later and see how we're all doing...

    Yes to all 3.
I go between 800 and 1500 calories a day. At the upper end of calories today.
Exercise Shaun T transform. You tube video and 2 smaller walks of 15 minutes and 30 minutes.

Just because I haven't in a while .... I got going on my mini-trampoline .... switched over to a Netflix documentary ... when that was done, switched back and "spent my accumulated points". 13988 steps / 308 calories / 91 minutes later .......on top of the 166 calories from my two 7 minute HIIT sessions ..... and it is almost too late for an evening snack ....
