There is snow in Chicago. In the background is the iconic "Bean". It's a mirrored surface 'sculpture." Today, it's reflective power is diminished, but the snowman in the foreground seems very happy.
I'm home in Chicago until February 1. I've got 7 public presentations scheduled during the next 3 weeks.

Exercised?: Yes - I've recorded 30 minutes of moderate cleaning, however it was more like an hour or so. Plus plenty of un-timed dancing with my daughter.

EXERCISE: Yes. Got in 25 minutes of walking just walking to and from the doctor's office, but as a result of having blood drawn there during that visit (and the long run yesterday,) this was a rest day otherwise.
CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2239 consumed - 221 burned = 2018 net.
TRACKED: Yes. You'll see I was under by two calories because I ate and tracked exactly as many Hershey kisses as I could at work that fit my daily budget.
It has been a tough month, personally, but I am thankful for this group for keeping me on track. So much has happened that could have derailed me already.9 -

Hubby's b'day so I took him out to Swiss Chalet tonight. I had the skinless leg and hot veg medley (with no sauce or bun) and most of the shared F U D G E cake.... he is only allowed a little bit ....
