While walking in Phoenix I saw Christmas lights on this cactus. We don’t see this kind of a scene up north in Chicago.
Winters are much tougher in my home state.

Exercised?: Yes - barely managed to make it through an easy 20 minute walk, but i did it! Been sick all day so happy i still met my goal.
Calories?: Yes - well under due to not eating much. Mainly vegemite toast today (my sick food).
Tracked?: Yes - all tracked.9 -
Snow day here. First one this winter. Managed to get to the gym and back. Snow blower session coming up later in the day, so will definitely have exercise in. Need to resist the desire for snow day munchies!7

I managed to not make this Saturday a pass day. I hadn't planned on heavy meals but was given some cheese and bechamel filled crepes!
Exercise: Yes, some elliptical some stationary bike
Calories: Barely but yes
Tracked: Everything including the 6 tic-tacs
Pass Day so Far: 1

Calories- Nope, I ate an entire roasted chicken for lunch. There is no coming back from that.
I pre logged my planned dinner and kept shrinking my serving sizes until I hit my calories and it was just sad. I had to think just because I ate an entire chicken for lunch I can’t punish myself by making dinner an exercise in torture. Take the Pass!
Errrr, so I rewarded myself for being so smart and ate a spoonful of peanut butter and some chocolate and another spoonful of peanut butter... whoops!
I have to add during this month I am only eating back 100 of my exercise calories per day if I need it. If I used my exercise calories I might have been able to squeak by before the chocolate peanut butter attack.

Not sure where my logging is up to. My head is still bashed but it is doing wonders for my weight I think I need to try and target going over though. I'm in a 2K a day deficit at the moment which isn't good.

Exercise? Yes, 10 minute outside walk...it was COLD...so finished with 30 minute YouTube video indoors with Jane.
Calories? Yes... including the boiled egg I will snack on in a few minutes.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - kept to pre-exercise levels, then after 393 total exercise calorie burn, I "left 171 calories in the pot" and feel totally satisfied with the size of the evening snack.
